NOTE that you can only post a new topic into a forum NOT one of the containers it resides in. If this is confusing then please just go into the forum you wish to post into and select 'Post new forum topic' and the Forum you post into will be set automatically.

To write in a new forum topic you can either write in plain text or use filtered HTML (so no-one can embed things they shouldn't!)  The list of tags you can use is displayed when you create your post.  Any tags which aren't in this list will be stripped after you click submit (you can preview your post before you submit it).
If however, you are a site admin or contributor of any kind - then *some* of these restrictions are lifted and you are able to use more tags and features.

If you wish to reply to a topic, use either the 'add new comment' link or click 'reply' on a comment already created.  After you've created a comment you are also able to edit it.

To switch between editor and source, click on the icon that looks like this " <> ".  Most users will want to just use the editor as it is because it 'creates' the HTML for you when you click the buttons and the icons are very user friendly.  If you'd like information about the editor then click on the " ? " icon (or the " i " icon).

You can spell-check what you've written by clicking on the "ABC" icon (which has a tick beneath it).  You can also insert smileys by clicking on the icon.

There's lots of other things you can do, insert your own images, make bulleted/ ordered lists, create indents, create hyperlinks but I won't explain them - I think they're quite straight forward if you just click on the relevant icons.

If you have any questions please use this post to ask them.

Thank you and enjoy!

I am just amazed that in this day and age the Pro's still think they can get away with the use of Drugs. Some top riders being found guilty!

I have been racing since 1984; and have always enjoyed the three weeks in July with the Tour De France from the days of Hinault/ Lemond To Indurain to Armstrong with a courageous Roche and battling Delgado not to mention the two drugs cheats Riis and Ulrich.

However, whilst I can appreciate that the race itelf is not easy if others can compete at the highest level of competition without manufactured enhancements; why can't others.

I know there is a lot of pressure put on Riders to always perform at their best; but they are a team and should therefore work together to collectively bring home the spoils. Maybe having so many stars in one team is causing infighting and this selfish behaviour.

It is certainly not helping the sport.

Stamp it out is what I say, but is just banning the riders any use - what about the doctors who administer the drugs and the team management for the pressure applied to win at all costs.

Something must be done; here's hoping they have got it right!

Welive in hope of a clean sport one day :-)

The Government is trying to change the highway code to make you use cycle lanes

please write to your MP...

If you go to the Cycle Touring Club, website it will generate a letter and send it via Email to your MP.

The full article can be found using the link below but in
summary

>
>The
major problem is a proposed new rule telling cyclists to "use cycle

>routes when practicable and cycle facilities ... where they are
provided"
>(Rule 58).  If confirmed, this would open the way for driver's
insurance
>companies to seek to reduce the damages for any cyclists
injured by their
>clients, on the basis that the cyclist's failure to use
a nearby cycle
>facility (in accordance with the Highway Code)
represented "contributory
>negligence".

Apologies for any disruption today (or possibly all this week) as Gentoo have updated their php packages and I've decided to take the leap from php 4 to php 5 seeing as how I had to upgrade all my php packages anyway.

If you have a ciclosuno email address the webmail has been upgraded today but is a CVS version (meaning development) so if you experience any problems PLEASE let me know.

Thanks

Paul
